1. Right of termination<\/strong><\/p>\n

You have the right to terminate this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.<\/p>\n

The termination period will expire after 30 days from the day of conclusion of the contract.<\/p>\n

To exercise your right of termination, you must inform us of your decision to terminate this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post, fax, or e-mail). Our contact details can be found below. You can use the attached termination form template<\/a>, but it is not mandatory.<\/p>\n

If you use this option, we will promptly communicate to you an acknowledgment of receipt of such withdrawal or termination in a durable medium (eg by email).<\/p>\n

In order to comply with the termination period, it is sufficient to send your communication regarding the exercise of the right of termination before the expiration of the termination period.<\/p>\n

2. Effects of Termination<\/strong><\/p>\n

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choosing a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us ), without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will make such a refund using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such refund.<\/p>\n

If you requested services to commence during the termination period, you will pay us an amount proportionate to what was provided until you notified us of your termination of this contract, compared to the full coverage of the contract.<\/p>\n

Please note that there are some legal exceptions to the right of withdrawal and therefore some items cannot be returned or exchanged.
